Ordering Information

Our Current Production Time for Made To Order Clothing is approximately 4 weeks.

Orders can be placed from our website on our secure server 24 hours a day.

To place an order, select the options you want for your item and click "Add to Cart". You will be asked to enter your postal code and shipping method to calculate shipping costs before viewing your cart. You can then opt to continue shopping or proceed to the checkout. Clicking on "Continue Shopping" will take you back to our On-Line Catalog.

Shipping Charges are automatically calculated when you enter your postal code and place items in your shopping cart. All orders are shipping USPS (United States Postal Service) Priority or Express Mail.

Orders are never completed until you enter your payment information and click on "Submit Secure Order".

Payment Methods

Crimson Gypsy Designs accepts payment through Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover Cards, as well as Paypal, personal checks and money orders.

By clicking on "Checkout Now", you will be asked to select your payment method - credit card, check/money order or PayPal. Select one and you will be taken to a form showing your complete order, where you can enter your payment method, shipping and billing information. By clicking on "Submit Secure Order" at the bottom of the page, you are placing your order. Your order is not complete until you click on this button.

If you are using Paypal, you will be given a link to complete payment through Paypal. Your order is not complete until you finish the payment process through Paypal.

You will be sent an e-mail confirmation of your order. Keep this confirmation until you receive your order.

To pay by personal check or money order, you can place your order on-line, via e-mail or telephone and indicate you wish to use a check or money order when asked for your payment method. When ordering on-line, enter your complete shipping information and click "Submit Secure Order" at the bottom of the page. You will then receive a page that you can print and submit with your check or money order and the address to send payment to.

All orders must be paid in full prior to production.
Your order will not be scheduled for production until your payment is received.

Telephone Orders

If you do not wish to place an order through our secure server over the internet, you can contact us directly and place your order with a customer service representative at (845) 594-8673. Business hours are 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., Tuesday through Friday, Eastern Standard Time. We are located in New York.

Backorders

Not all items are in stock in all colors and sizes all the time. If a fabric or color you ordered is not in stock and will not be available within a reasonable amount of time, you will be notified by e-mail. You can then opt to wait for the fabric to come in or choose another fabric or color.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS - Very Important

All international order must be paid via Paypal due to the inability to verify international credit card accounts.

  • International Orders may be subject to International Customs Import Fees, Duties and additional taxes imposed by the government of the country importing our clothing.

  • Crimson Gypsy Designs cannot calculate, predict, control or be responsible for additional fees charged to our customers above and beyond the postage charges automatically calculated by our automated shopping cart system.

  • Customers ordering products from Crimson Gypsy Designs are solely responsible for any Customs Import Fees, Duties and additional taxes and fees imposed on the shipment by the government of the country the order is being shipped to.

  • Please make sure to familiarize yourself with the import fees and customs practices in your country to avoid any surprises when your order is scheduled for delivery.

Returns, Refunds, Exchanges and Cancellations

If there is a problem with your order once you receive it, you can contact us by e-mail or by telephone during business hours at: (845) 594-8673. Business hours are 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time, Tuesday through Friday.

  • There will be a 20% restocking fee for all returned items, regardless of the reason.
  • Returns for exchange must be UNWORN and must be sent within 10 business days from receipt of the order.
  • After 10 business days, we do not accept returns under any circumstances.
  • Shipping charges in both directions are the responsibility of the customer and will not be reimbursed.
  • Crimson Gypsy Designs reserves the right to inspect all returns for damage and will deduct appropriate fees if any damage is found.
  • **IMPORTANT:** If you need to return an item for any reason, you must NOTIFY us and receive confirmation PRIOR to sending the item back or you may not be properly credited for your return.

Please remember that your clothing is MADE to your specifications. Please make sure you measure yourself correctly before placing your order to ensure that the correct size is ordered the first time.

Cancellations

Orders for MADE TO ORDER clothing that are cancelled once the order is in production are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

By placing your order, you are certifying that you understand and agree to these conditions. Not having read our return/exchange/cancellation policy does not excuse this.
