Ordering InformationOur Current Production Time for Made To Order Clothing is approximately 4-5 weeks. Orders can be placed from our website on our secure server 24 hours a day. ____________________________________________________________________ Payment MethodsCrimson Gypsy Designs accepts payment through Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover Cards, as well as Paypal, personal checks and money orders. If you are using Paypal, you will be given a link to complete payment through Paypal. Your order is not complete until you finish the payment process through Paypal. You will be sent an e-mail confirmation of your order. Keep this confirmation until you receive your order. To pay by personal check or money order, you can place your order on-line, via e-mail or telephone and indicate you wish to use a check or money order when asked for your payment method. When ordering on-line, enter your complete shipping information and click "Submit Secure Order" at the bottom of the page. You will then receive a page that you can print and submit with your check or money order and the address to send payment to. All orders must be paid in full prior to production. ____________________________________________________________________ Telephone OrdersIf you do not wish to place an order through our secure server over the internet, you can contact us directly and place your order with a customer service representative at (845) 594-8673. Business hours are 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., Tuesday through Friday, Eastern Standard Time. We are located in New York. ____________________________________________________________________ Returns, Refunds and ExchangesAll clothing on this website is MADE TO ORDER. There are no returns, exchanges, refunds or alterations on any MADE TO ORDER clothing. Please make sure you measure and choose your size carefully before placing your order to insure your clothing fits properly. If you are unsure what size to choose, please e-mail us with your measurements and we can help you choose your size. We will let you know if we feel a custom size would suit you better. Custom sizes can be made for an additional fee. If there is a problem with your order once you receive it, you must contact us within 7 days of receipt of order. We will do everything in our power to rectify a problem that is our fault. Customers are fully responsible for choosing their own sizes. CancellationsOrders for MADE TO ORDER clothing that are cancelled once the order is in production are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. ____________________________________________________________________ BackordersNot all fabrics are in stock in all colors all the time. If a fabric or color you ordered is not in stock and will not be available within a reasonable amount of time, you will be notified by e-mail. You can then opt to wait for the fabric to come in or choose another fabric or color. ____________________________________________________________________ INTERNATIONAL ORDERSAll international order must be paid via Paypal due to the inability to verify international credit card accounts.
