Also known as shalwar, these extra-full trousers were traditionally worn by women in the Ottoman Empire and the Arab world from the Middle Ages through the late 19th century. Wear by themselves or layered under skirts for a Tribal look. Available with elastic or drawstring at the waist and ankles in cotton broadcloth or satin. Many colors to choose from.

As these are meant for Middle Eastern Dancers, they are meant to be worn at the hip about 3" below the waist. This is the hip measurement needed for correct sizing. Order by hip size and length.
